The BetOnRed casino is an online gaming platform that has been gaining popularity in recent years due to its wide variety of games, including slots. Among these slots is the "Red Hot" series, which we will be focusing on in this review. In this article, we will delve into every aspect of the game, from its theme and design to its symbols, payouts, bonus features, and gameplay.

Theme and Design

The Red Hot slot machine has a classic fruit-themed layout with vibrant colors and energetic background music. The game’s icons include various fruits such as Betonred watermelons, grapes, lemons, cherries, plums, oranges, and strawberries. These icons are arranged in 5 reels, each having multiple paylines to increase the chances of winning.

Symbols

The symbols used in this slot machine have different values depending on their rarity and combination:

• The Wild icon is represented by a red ‘7’ symbol that substitutes for all other symbols except Scatter.
• High-paying icons include Watermelon (10-15 coins), Grapes (10-20 coins), Lemon (5-25 coins), Cherry (5-30 coins).
• Low-paying icons are plums, oranges, and strawberries (1-8 coins).

Payouts

The payouts for winning combinations vary depending on the icon’s value. For example:

• 3 or more Watermelon symbols in a row pay out between 10 to 200 times.
• 3 or more Grapes symbols in a row pay out between 10 to 300 times.
• The maximum payout of this game is offered by combining high-paying icons, such as the combination of three cherries and two lemons.

Wilds

The Wild icon can be substituted with any other symbol (except Scatter) to create winning combinations. It has no specific payout but helps in achieving a win when combined with other symbols.

Scatters

The Scatter icon is represented by an image of ‘7’ written on red, which can only appear on the first and last reels. When two or more Scattered icons are triggered (the exact requirement depends on whether you are playing one-coin, multi-coins, or a fixed number of coins), it initiates the Bonus feature.

Bonus Features

There is no progressive jackpot for this slot game but it offers Free Spins when 2+ Scatter appear. Additionally, there’s a "5 Scatters" bonus feature that grants either up to 2000 credits and some additional features in the form of:

• The ‘Free Games’ feature includes ten free spins with random multiplier.
• A second option for five scatters pays out a maximum amount at 250 coins multiplied by a single coin bet.

Free Spins

When three or more Scatter icons are activated (2+ Scattered icon if you’re playing multi-coins), the Free Spin is triggered. This feature includes multiple possible bonus rounds:

• The most basic version of free spin offers two options for choosing how to proceed in each round.
• A player can play between ten and twenty "normal" free spins by picking from one, three or five red icons on a 6×3 grid of free games symbols at the end.

The probability distribution function is non-uniform and follows a non-homogeneous distribution pattern.
